GameIndustry.biz has the story in full:
PRESS RELEASE: Sierra Entertainment Announces F.E.A.R.(TM) Perseus Mandate Expansion Pack For PC And F.E.A.R. Files For Xbox 360

READING (July 11, 2007) Sierra Entertainment, a division of Vivendi Games, today announced F.E.A.R. ™ Perseus Mandate, an all-new stand-alone expansion pack for Windows PC and F.E.A.R. Files, the complete stand-alone expansion pack series, for Xbox 360™ video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. Both products are scheduled to ship this fall.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, the second expansion pack for Windows PC, offers both seasoned gamers and those who have never played the original F.E.A.R. (First Encounter Assault Recon) the ability to jump-in and experience the fright with a brand new team in an all-new experience that presents a different perspective of the events that occur at Armacham. The campaign reveals a parallel story allowing players to take the role of a different F.E.A.R. soldier and battle new enemies that the original team never saw coming.

F.E.A.R. Files features the all-new F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate campaign, as well as F.E.A.R. Extraction Point, voted "Best Expansion Pack" by PC Gamer, delivering a double dose of chills and action.

F.E.A.R. Extraction Point kicks off where the original game ended. Once the hunter, now the hunted, the new mission is simple… escape. All new locations, weaponry and enemies combine to take the F.E.A.R. franchise to new levels of action and suspense.

More details will be revealed about F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate and F.E.A.R. Files at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) held July 11-13 in Santa Monica, CA.

Gamespot Extraction Point Review

Gamespot - 7.8/10.0:
"Amazing firefights are just part of the F.E.A.R. formula, however, and Extraction Point has plenty of the effective horror that was seen in the original game. Extraction Point works because it doesn't try to terrify you with grotesque demons and monsters. Those have been done to death in games, anyway. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is an exceptionally creepy experience. The game continually messes with your senses, and you'll see and hear things that will raise your hackles. Sound is incredibly effective, as each little noise can send you spinning, ready to start blasting. Shadowy figures dart in and out of the edge of your vision, and objects rattle ever so subtly to draw your attention. Developer TimeGate deserves plenty of credit for maintaining the intensity of the original game, even though veterans of F.E.A.R. are already used to some of the atmospheric tricks of that game."

GameZone Extraction Point Review

GameZone - 8.0/10.0
"Perhaps one of the biggest things going for it is that Extraction Point feels like Modern Warfare 2. The visceral ambience and creepy atmosphere is fully intact, and Extraction Point doesn’t compromise in this regard. You’ll still be on the edge of your seat through the whole thing, and the new ghost enemies bring around their own creepiness by coming at you quickly and in huge groups."
